Getting Started

How do I book a project with Bloom & Co.?
Start by sending an inquiry through the Contact page with a little about your brand, your goals, and your timeline. We respond within 24 hours, often the same day. Once we align on scope, we send a contract and invoice — and your spot on the calendar is officially yours.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. All project-based work requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due before final files are delivered. À la carte services and memorial bundles are paid 100% upfront so we can move quickly.
What payment methods do you accept?
Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal. Invoices are sent directly with payment instructions, and a payment plan can be arranged for larger packages on request.
How far in advance should I book?
For brand and package work, two to four weeks of lead time is ideal. Monthly retainers typically begin the first of the following month. Memorial projects are prioritized and can usually start the same day.
Do you work with clients outside of New Orleans?
Yes. We work with clients across the U.S. and internationally. Everything is handled remotely via email, Google Drive, and scheduled calls when needed — no matter where you're located, the experience is the same.

Process & Turnaround

What is your typical turnaround time?
À la carte and Micro Package projects: 5–7 business days. Seed Package: 10–14 business days. Full brand identities: 3–4 weeks. Monthly retainers operate on a weekly content calendar agreed at the start of each month.
Can you accommodate rush orders?
Often, yes — scheduling permitting. Rush orders completed in under 48 hours are subject to a $75 rush fee, which is added to your invoice at the time of booking.
How many revisions are included?
Most project-based packages include 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable. Monthly retainers include up to 3 rounds per deliverable. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at $50 per round.
What does the design process look like?
Every project begins with a discovery questionnaire so we can understand your brand inside and out. From there we move into concept, design, revisions, and final delivery — with clear timelines and check-ins at each milestone so you're never wondering where things stand.
How will we communicate during the project?
Primarily by email, with scheduled calls or video check-ins for kickoff and key milestones. You'll always have one direct point of contact at the studio.

Brand & Creative

Do I own the final design files?
Yes. Once your invoice is paid in full, all final design files belong to you. You receive print-ready PDFs plus web-optimized PNG, JPG, and SVG files where applicable — everything you need to use your brand confidently across print and digital.
Can I make changes to my brand later?
Absolutely. Brands grow and evolve, and so should your design. We offer brand refreshes, expansions, and à la carte add-ons for existing clients at a preferred rate.
Do you offer printing?
Yes — for an additional fee, we can handle printing for you. Memorial bundles include printed programs by default. For all other projects, just let us know what you need and we'll quote printing alongside your design.
What if I don't know exactly what I need yet?

Do you write copy as well as design?
Light copy for graphics, captions, and short-form content is included in most packages. For long-form copy like full website pages or brand storytelling, we partner with trusted copywriters and can add it to your scope on request.

Memorial & Church Services

How quickly can a memorial program be turned around?
We treat memorial work with the urgency and care it deserves. Most programs can be designed, revised, and delivered within 48–72 hours of receiving photos and information. True rush turnarounds under 48 hours are available for an additional fee.
What do I need to provide for a memorial project?
High-resolution photos of your loved one, the obituary text, service details (date, time, location, officiant), and any scripture, songs, or quotes you'd like included. We provide a simple intake form to walk you through it — and we guide you through every step from there.
Are church packages month-to-month?
Yes. All church creative packages are monthly retainers with a 30-day notice to cancel. We work on a rolling weekly calendar so your ministry always has fresh, on-brand content ready for Sunday and beyond.
Can you match an existing church brand?
Yes. If your ministry already has an established visual identity, we'll honor it and build everything to match. If you don't yet, a brand foundation can be added to your first month so everything we create together feels cohesive from day one.
Do you design for ministry events and conferences?
Yes. Revivals, women's events, conferences, and outreach all fall within our wheelhouse. Event-specific design can be added to your monthly package or booked as a standalone project.
